Recirculation and suspension semi-dry Flue gas desulphurization process

This process, recommended by 5 national ministries as key new product, is extensively used in waste incineration, sinter, kiln, coal-fired boiler etc, and has following features:

1.      High desulphurization efficiency, up to 90%, at the same time, other hazardous gases and heavy metals can be removed; due to removal of SO3 decreases gas dew point, anti corrosion is not needed, showing unique technical and cost advantages on FGD retrofit.

2.      Less space, simple system, reliable and low cost.

3.      Advanced technology, high automation, anti corrosion, high availability up to 95%.

4.      Bag-house or ESP can be used as collecting device for circulated ash, for bag house, emission can be controlled down to 50mg/Nm3, electric consumption is lower than wet FGD&ESP, national emission standard can be reached.

5.      No waste water discharge, no secondary pollution, dry end product for easy transportation and recycled use.
